About This Blog

From the time I was very young, I’ve always had a love relationship with the book and the pen; which wasn’t always easy growing up with a couple of rambunctious siblings. Though intimate moments would tarry and the connection would sometimes be strained beyond imagination, the love I had for reading and writing could be rekindled in an instant.

Over the years, many things have come as distractions and vied for my undivided attention. The book and the pen grew dusty and dry. Change, however, cannot be harnessed when it comes. Therefore, I welcome the unbridled ambition towards authorship that has come in this moment.

I am challenging the author in me to be born by this time next year, for everyone knows that it is only after birth that you have a voice.

– sincerely Olivia
